We eliminate human errors at every stage of fabrication by using the latest CNC fabrication technology, which eliminates the cost burden to our company for recalling and redoing the countertop pieces again.

We measure your countertops with Faro Arm Digital Template machine that gives very accurate template. For your information, the same digital systems are also used in companies like GE, Boeing where high precision measurements are essential.

Arch City Granite uses ANTEA CNC Bridge saw for cutting the granite slabs into countertop pieces. It uses optimizing software that allows us to utilize the maximum available surface of the granite slab.

Our SPEED CNC PROFILER fabricates the custom edges like Ogee,Triple Water Fall and Full Bullnose in a few hours, on the other hand that might take a few days for manual fabrication shops. Bonus: Time and Money saved.

We polish the back splashes on our Flying Flat edge polishing machine which polishes at a rate of 45 feet per hour. This reduces a lot of production cost.

We recycle all of our used water thereby reducing our utility bills.
