Our low prices are a result of purchasing in-house inventory at bulk prices, optimal utilization of material by minimizing stone wastage, efficient and error free measuring and fabrication methods. Our low prices are not a result of compromised quality or sub-par customer service standards.
We will either match or beat any competitor’s price based on an “apples to apples” comparison. Quality and looks of the stone used, digital measuring and CNC Waterjet cutting to accommodate commonly found wall imperfections and custom cutting of shapes etc. are few of the points of comparison.
In order for this guarantee to be valid, we must be provided with the original price quotation including the details of the granite or quartz used and edge details and other customizations if any, from whomever else is quoting your project. Photocopies are not acceptable. We want these details so that we have a standard and transparent system in place.
We study the details of stone used and take all other variables into consideration before accepting to beat the quote or match the price. If we find differences, we will point out and explain to you the differences in the proposal and offer you a quote based on the exact specifications.
If for any reason we choose not to beat or match the price, we will offer you a free gift as a token appreciation of giving us the opportunity to quote.
