In addition to the white, grey and bluish hues, you may also notice some dark brown minerals in the stone as well. Although this type of mineral isn’t as abundant as the others found in Lennon granite, you will still see it running in veins through the stone. Lennon granite resembles a very exclusive granite from Spain known as “Azul Aran.” As a result, it is called with the name of “New Azul Aran Granite” in St. Louis area. However, Lennon granite is easier to find and much less expensive than Azul Aran.
